I had high hopes for today's weigh-in. I had a goal to lose 4 pounds, but wasn't even close! This week I lost 1.4 pounds, bringing my total weight loss to 9.6 pounds in four weeks. I am so close to reaching my 10 pound mark... I really thought I would get it this week! Hopefully next week I can get that 10 pounds and also my 5% which would be 13 pounds.
