Well it is that time once again. It seems that lately I don't post anything except for on Saturdays after I weigh in. But I guess that's something important to write about, so I can justify it.
This week I lost 3.0 pounds again... exact same as last week. That brings my total to 8.2 pounds lost in three weeks. I still have never lost more than 3 pounds in one week... maybe next week my goal should be to lost 4 pounds! I did Weight Watchers once before (about 2 years ago) and I remember my first week I lost over 5 pounds! Why can't it be like that again?? I have been staying within my points limit everyday but I admit this week I only exercised 3 days. I know I probably will lose more if I exercise more, but it still seems like I could lose a little bit more just by watching what I eat. I will work on that this week.
