Okay, so today I went to my second Weight Watchers meeting, and..........drum roll..........I lost 2.2 pounds this week! I was really hoping for 5 pounds, but 2.2 is better than nothing, right? I think watching Biggest Loser has disillusioned me because contestants will lose 10+ pounds in a week. But I realize that is not realistic so I'm happy with my 2.2 pounds.
This upcoming week I have a goal to exercise 5 times and to track what I eat everyday. My sister asked me to run a 5k with her this summer, so that will be good motivation to get in shape for that (because I'm definitely not right now)!
