Weigh-In #15

It's a good day!! Today at my weigh-in I lost an even 4.0 pounds! This was a welcomed loss... it's more than I lost at each of my last six meetings. Finally a good number! I do have to say that I worked for this number, however. I really made an effort to track all of my foods and I worked out five days this week. This week I tried the "Biggest Loser: Power Sculpt" DVD and actually really love it. It's more strength training exercises instead of cardio which is what I would prefer, so it's fun for me! This week brought my total weight loss to 22.6 pounds in 15 weeks! Woohoo!
